Important Disclosures
Taylor Property Group LLC (“TPG”) provides business and operational advisory services and select short-term-rental property management. The scope and terms of any engagement are governed solely by a separate written agreement.
Separate businesses; no legal services. TPG and Taylor Colicchio LLP are separate businesses. TPG is not a law firm and does not provide legal services. No attorney-client relationship is created through TPG, this website, an inquiry, an initial call, or a TPG engagement. Legal work, if any, requires a separate conflicts review, engagement letter, client file, and billing arrangement with the appropriate lawyer or law firm. Clients may select any legal or other professional advisers they choose.
Other professional services. TPG does not provide tax, accounting, brokerage, appraisal, securities, financing, insurance, or investment advisory services. Clients should consult appropriately licensed professionals regarding those matters.
Estimates and results. Property, market, revenue, expense, occupancy, and other projections are estimates based on available information and stated assumptions. They are not guarantees of future performance. Actual results may differ materially because of market conditions, property characteristics, regulations, operating decisions, and other factors.
Referrals and potential conflicts. TPG may identify or introduce clients to managers, operators, vendors, or other service providers. Any referral relationship or compensation will be disclosed when applicable. Clients are free to select other providers. If TPG is also a candidate to manage a property, or otherwise has a financial interest in an available option, that interest will be disclosed.
Management availability. Direct property management is offered only for select properties and markets, subject to operating fit, local coverage, applicable licensing and regulatory requirements, and a separate written management agreement. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer or promise to manage a particular property.
